BOOKING AND HIRING TERMS
1.
PAYMENT. A deposit of 25% of
the rental fee, or a minimum of £9 per night is
payable when the booking is made. The balance
is payable on arrival at the property. For last
minute breaks or late bookings the full amount
will be required on arrival. Cheques to be
payable to Louise Williams. Sorry, but we cannot
take credit or debit cards.
2.
CANCELLATION.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you
need to cancel for whatever reason. We will seek
to re-let the property for the period of the
booking. If we succeed for the whole period, we
will refund your deposit.
3.
CHANGE OF DATE.
Again, let us know as soon as possible if you
need to change the date. We will accommodate you
if we can.
5.
PERIOD OF HIRE
. Rentals commence at 4.00pm
on the day of arrival and terminate at 12:00am
on the day of departure. These times may be
able to be altered by prior agreement.
6.
NUMBER OF PERSONS USING THE PROPERTY.
Please let us know of any changes to the number
of occupants for the hire period as agreed at
booking well before you arrive so we can prepare
the accommodation accordingly . We withhold the
right to refuse the whole party if the number of
people arriving exceeds six.
7.
COMPLAINTS/CONCERNS.
Should there be any problems during the
occupation of the property, please inform us as
soon as possible so we can help put things
right.
8.
BREAKAGES OR DAMAGES.
We will expect reimbursement for any
replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs you
cause.
9.
CARE
OF THE PROPERTY.
The client shall take all responsible care of
the property and its furniture, fittings,
utensils and effects in, around and on the
property and leave them in the same clean and
tidy condition at the end of the rental period
as at the beginning.
10.
PETS.
Sorry no dogs are allowed.
11.
LIABILITY.
Maesbryncoch Barn shall not be under any
liability to the client or third parties for any
loss or damage arising from breach of contract,
negligence or otherwise. If the property
becomes unusable for some reason prior to the
date of occupation, then all monies paid shall
be reimbursed in full.
12.
RIGHT OF ENTRY.
We shall be allowed the right of entry to the
property at all reasonable times for purposes of
inspection or to carry out any necessary repair
or maintenance. |
